By accessing and using the ECRC Retreat Games website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
This Site is a live tracker and information platform created exclusively for participants and staff of the ECRC Retreat. It is used to display team standings, schedules, and event information during the retreat period.
3. Authorized Use
- The Site is intended for ECRC Retreat participants, team members, and authorized administrators only.
- Team login credentials are provided solely for accessing team-specific schedule information.
- Admin access is strictly limited to authorized retreat organizers.
- You agree not to share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site or database.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass security measures.
- Share, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without permission.
5. Content Accuracy
We strive to keep schedule, standings, and team information accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information displayed. Schedules and results are subject to change at the discretion of retreat organizers.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and content of this Site were developed by J&O Digital Creations. All rights reserved. Team logos and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in displayed information.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
